Job Description:-
- 1. Supervision & Team Management
Oversee daily activities of production workers and operators.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Provide training, guidance, and support to staff.
Maintain discipline and resolve personnel issues or conflicts.
- 2. Production Planning & Scheduling
Coordinate production schedules to meet output targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure deadlines are met with minimal downtime.
Ensure that products meet quality standards.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
Report defects or inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct safety briefings and incident investigations.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.
Reduce waste and downtime using lean manufacturing principles.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
- 6. Inventory & Material Management
Monitor use of raw materials and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
Minimize material shortages and delays.
- 7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain production records and logs.
Prepare and submit performance, downtime, and efficiency reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
