Job Details
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to support the maintenance and enhancement of large-scale websites and web portals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern website design standards, content management, and client communication. The role involves regular website content updates, creation of wireframes and UI/UX concepts, and coordination with clients and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content, pages, documents, images, banners, and other digital assets.
- Create website wireframes, mockups, landing pages, and UI/UX designs based on project requirements.
- Design modern, responsive website templates following current industry trends and best practices.
- Work with WordPress websites, including page creation, content publishing, theme customization, and plugin configuration.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and implement content and design updates.
- Participate in client meetings, project discussions, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations.
- Review websites for usability, consistency, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, design proposals, and visual concepts for new projects.
Required Skills
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern website design standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, page layouts, and website templates.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with clients and presenting ideas during meetings and PoCs.
- Good aesthetic sense, typography, color schemes, and responsive design concepts.
- Proficiency in design tools.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of PHP-based websites and web applications.
- Experience with website accessibility and SEO-friendly design practices.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in web design, WordPress, UI/UX, or website maintenance.
- Candidates with experience handling government, educational, institutional, or large corporate websites will be preferred.
Location
- Nearby to Karol Bagh
- Weekend Work from Home required if client has update requests.
- Resident of Delhi Preffered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
