Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with hands-on HR experience to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management processes and appraisal cycles
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, contracts, audits)
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Manage training & development programs and learning plans
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in the relevant role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling recruitment across multiple roles
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Startup / Corporate environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
