Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and responsible Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects while ensuring quality, compliance with regulations, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models using relevant design software.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, local regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings, design reports, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and contractor queries.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to resolve design and execution issues.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from local authorities and statutory agencies.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, drawing revisions, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support during project discussions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant architectural experience (or as required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
