About the Role
Visko Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support client-based hiring requirements across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, urgency in closures, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client-based hiring requirements.
- Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TATs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Experience working on client-based or consultancy hiring preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,037.68 - ₹25,644.55 per month
