Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, lookup functions, etc.).
- Strong logical thinking and decision-making ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in industrial products/spares will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to spare part enquiries via email or phone.
- Analyse requirements and prepare accurate quotations using Excel.
- Maintain quotation records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure information is up to date.
- Communicate clearly with clients to resolve queries and provide support.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in MS Excel, possess strong logical and analytical abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
