Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, demonstrating the value of Insydz solutions, and converting opportunities into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Explain Insydz products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer engagement (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
