Job Overview:
Workveu Software Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our CRM and software solutions to potential clients, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
Introduce and explain company products/services (CRM & software solutions).
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects regularly to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for better conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM/software sales (preferred).
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
