Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales across our target regions. In this role, you will be the face of the KLENICH brand on the field, responsible for acquiring new retail clients, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring our products reach households, hotels, and institutions efficiently.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Owning a 2-wheeler and Subsequent License is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, and institutional clients for KLENICH cleaning products.
- Distributor Management: Manage existing distributors and aggressively expand the dealer network within your assigned territory.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with store managers, purchasing officers, and vendors to ensure optimal product placement, shelf space, and brand visibility.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, providing actionable feedback to the management team.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate daily sales reports, track inventory levels at key accounts, and follow up on order pipelines and payments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience, specifically in the FMCG sector (experience with cleaning, hygiene, or home care products is highly preferred).
- Education: 12th pass
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in local languages and English.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-starter, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of reporting tools, MS Office, and CRM software.
