- Answer guest inquiries and provide information.
- Handle guest complaints and coordinate solutions.
- Process payments and prepare bills
2. Front Office Manager
- Supervise front office staff.
- Ensure high-quality guest service.
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters.
- Monitor room occupancy and revenue.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Train and evaluate front office employees.
3 Reservation Agent
- Accept room booking requests by phone, email, or online.
- Update reservation records.
- Inform guests about room rates and hotel facilities.
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations.
- Coordinate room availability with the front desk
4. Bell Desk / Bellboy
- Welcome guests upon arrival.
- Carry luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms.
- Explain room facilities and hotel services.
- Assist with luggage storage and transportation.
5. Telephone Operator
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Wake guests with scheduled wake-up calls.
- Relay messages to guests.
- Handle emergency calls and communications.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
