Role Overview
The AI Executive will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing AI-driven workflow systems within the organization. The candidate will build automated dashboards, performance tracking systems, and structured reporting tools to enhance productivity, accountability, and operational transparency.
This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow System Development
- Design and implement AI-driven workflow management systems.
- Build automated task allocation and tracking systems.
- Streamline inter-departmental processes using automation tools.
- Integrate CRM, HRMS, and internal databases into a unified workflow.
2. Dashboard & Reporting
- Develop real-time dashboards for:
- Team performance tracking
- Task completion status
- Revenue and productivity metrics
- Case or project lifecycle monitoring
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Create visualization tools for decision-making support.
3. Performance Management Tracking
- Build KPI-based performance tracking frameworks.
- Automate employee productivity monitoring systems.
- Design scorecards and evaluation matrices.
- Ensure measurable targets are integrated into the system.
4. AI & Automation Integration
- Implement AI tools for:
- Data analysis
- Predictive performance insights
- Workflow optimization
- Reduce manual dependency through smart automation.
- Identify repetitive processes and automate them.
5. System Optimization & Maintenance
- Monitor system efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
- Continuously upgrade workflow systems for scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance standards.
6. Coordination & Training
- Work closely with management to understand operational needs.
- Train staff on new workflow systems.
- Provide technical documentation and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
- Dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- CRM system integration
- Data analytics & reporting
- Experience in AI-based automation systems.
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with legal-tech or service-based organizations.
- Knowledge of performance scorecard systems.

Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
