Job Description: Product Manager – Software Solutions Engineering (SSE)
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive end-to-end product strategy, platform capabilities, and execution across a global software portfolio. The role involves managing product lifecycle, platform features, customer experience, and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management (launch to retirement)
- Define value propositions, target segments, and business cases aligned to revenue and growth goals
- Manage platform capabilities including APIs, integrations, shared services, and automation
- Translate customer needs into MRDs, prioritized requirements, and product features
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams for execution and release
- Manage dependencies, prioritization, trade-offs, and regional requirements
- Lead customer journey mapping and self-service experience design
- Drive product demos, positioning, and presales enablement
- Ensure compliance with regional, regulatory, and data sovereignty requirements
- Track product outcomes including adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in product management or platform-based software solutions
- Background in cloud (public/private/hybrid), SaaS, APIs, integrations, and DevOps environments
Required Skills:
- Strong product lifecycle and roadmap ownership experience
- Strong understanding of Agile and cross-functional delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in customer requirement gathering, prioritization, and journey mapping
- Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product narratives
- Experience in product positioning, presales, and solution demos
- Understanding of platform architecture including APIs, integrations, and shared services
- Awareness of regulatory and data sovereignty considerations (preferred)
