Site Sales Manager – Real Estate (Plot Sales)
About the Role
VGM Enterprises is looking for an experienced Site Sales Manager to convert qualified site visits into plot bookings.
Our marketing and telecalling teams generate leads and schedule customer site visits. Your primary responsibility is to meet customers at the project site, build confidence, handle objections, and convert opportunities into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and assist customers during site visits
- Conduct project presentations and site tours
- Explain project benefits, approvals, pricing, and payment plans
- Handle customer objections and negotiations
- Convert site visits into bookings
- Follow up with interested customers
- Coordinate with telecalling and management teams
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
Required Skills
- Real Estate Sales Experience
- Plot Sales Experience Preferred
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Deal Closing Ability
- Customer Relationship Management
- Tamil Communication Skills
- Basic English Communication
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in DTCP & RERA Approved Plot Sales
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to independently manage customer meetings and negotiations
