- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

- Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹10,459.12 - ₹29,884.62 per month
