Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between project teams and maintaining high BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and prepare clash reports.
- Ensure models follow project BIM standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers for model coordination.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
- Manage and review LOD (Level of Development) requirements for models.
- Maintain proper file management and version control.
- Support the team with model quality checks and BIM workflow improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP)
- Experience in Navisworks Manage for clash detection
- Understanding of BIM coordination workflows
- Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹26,567.18 - ₹63,316.74 per month
