Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients and customers
- Share company service information professionally
- Handle inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain call records and update data in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a professional environment
