- Manage day-to-day operations across all E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, and catalog updates.
- Track inventory and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues such as order, listing, pricing, and inventory concerns.
- Coordinate with account managers and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Maintain platform account health and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or other marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
