Job Description
The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting various business functions including administration, purchase coordination, accounts support, customer service, and sales operations. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatches, and delivery updates.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the production team and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of invoices, credit notes, payments, and other documents.
- Assist in purchase activities and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Arrange freight bookings and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain stock and operational records.
- Track employee attendance and time records.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in Administration, Operations, Purchase, Accounts, Customer Service, Sales, Telecalling, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts when required.

Experience:
