Job Title : Senior Admission Counselor
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Student Admission in all UG & PG courses(Engineering)
- Responsible to manage qualify leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Providing in-depth information about the courses we offer.This includes face to face interaction ,counseling through phone, email and chat.
- Collaborating with team members and training them for implementing strategies to boost sales and achieve targets
- Oversaw marketing activities/campaigns to build brand image in the local market.
Requirements
- Experience in college/university preferred.
- Experience of telecalling in EdTech preferred.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and people reading skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Qualifications and Skills·
Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline
Excellent written and oral communication ·
Candidates having an experience of 2-5 years (educational institution, counselling / admissions preferably)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an added advantage.
