We are seeking a skilled US Trucking Recruiter to lead recruitment for truck drivers across the U.S. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified Class A CDL drivers to meet our operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen driver candidates
- Conduct interviews and onboarding coordination
- Manage recruitment pipelines and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or US trucking industry preferred
- Good English communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of driver onboarding and documentation preferred
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
