Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
- Monitor proper use of PPE by all workers.
- Issue and monitor work permits (hot work, height work, excavation, etc.).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Ensure fire safety and emergency preparedness at site.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to implement safe work practices.
- Coordination and security management at site
- Coordinate with contractors for documentations workers health card, police verifications etc
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Risk assessment and hazard identification.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Incident investigation and report writing.
- Ability to enforce safety standards diplomatically and effectively.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting software).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
