We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support business growth by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and assisting management in strategic decision-making. In addition to analytical responsibilities, the candidate will also contribute to content creation and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and operational data to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Support business expansion initiatives and new project evaluations.
- Track product-wise profitability and sales performance.
- Assist management in forecasting and budgeting activities.
Strategic Planning
- Develop reports and presentations for management review meetings.
- Evaluate business performance against targets and KPIs.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to implement business initiatives.
Additional Responsibility – Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Develop promotional content for products, offers, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in creating marketing presentations, brochures, flyers, and product catalogs.
- Write captions, blogs, and business-related content aligned with the brand voice.
- Coordinate with designers and influencers for campaign execution.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related content initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of business recommendations.
- Support management in special projects and business development activities.
Qualification & ExperienceQualification:
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, MIS reporting, or management roles.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong analytical and content creation skills may also apply.
Skills Required

- Knowledge of Power BI or Google Data Studio is an advantage.
