Job Summary
Aminia Restaurant is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Executive to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, be comfortable handling large volumes of data, and have the ability to prepare and analyze multiple reports using Excel tools and functions.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining purchase data, coordinating with suppliers, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth and cost-effective procurement of materials required for restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain purchase-related data and records.
- Handle large volumes of data and ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Prepare regular purchase, vendor, stock, cost, and management reports.
- Use Advanced Excel tools and functions for data analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track purchase orders, supplier details, rates, and delivery schedules.
- Compare supplier quotations and assist in evaluating purchase costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding purchase requirements.
- Monitor purchase trends, price changes, and cost variations.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase transactions and records.
- Identify discrepancies in purchase data and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support the management team with data-driven purchase analysis and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel is essential.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions, data validation, filters, charts, and report preparation.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and maintain accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail or procurement operations will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in purchase, procurement, MIS, data management, or a related role is preferred.
