1. Basic Role Details

2. Purpose of the Role
To execute sales operations processes including FMS, quotations, and documentation while also ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom/office by maintaining cleanliness, basic supplies, and overall coordination support.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. FMS & Quotation Execution
· Receive FMS from sales/technical teams
· Share FMS with factory and follow up for quotations
· Convert quotations into company format
· Ensure accuracy of data before sharing for validation
· Coordinate internally for inputs and clarifications
B. Sales Coordination
· Coordinate with BDs and Center Heads for updates
· Follow up for pending inputs and approvals
· Support showroom coordination when required
C. Order Processing Support
· Prepare PI as per billing details
· Create and maintain Civil Detail Files
· Support in documentation for production and approvals
· Assist in order placement process
D. Documentation & File Management
· Maintain project-wise records (FMS, quotations, site data, dispatch summaries)
· Ensure proper file structure and naming
· Keep all documents updated and accessible
E. Maintenance Coordination
· Record maintenance issues in tracker
· Inform Technical Team / Admin Head
· Follow up till closure and update status
F. Showroom & Office Upkeep
· Ensure showroom and office are clean and well-maintained daily
· Check availability of basic necessities (cleaning supplies, pantry items, utilities)
· Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of display products
· Coordinate with housekeeping/support staff if required
· Maintain overall discipline and readiness of the space for client visits
G. Product Knowledge & Training Support
· Learn basic product details and system understanding
· Assist in showroom-level product explanation (basic level)
· Support new joiners in understanding processes and documentation flow
4. Key Targets / Performance Measures
· Accuracy of quotations and documentation
· Turnaround time for FMS → quotation
· Upkeep and readiness of showroom/office
· Accuracy in trackers (inventory, attendance, documentation)
· Responsiveness and coordination efficiency
5. Decision Authority
· Can execute assigned operational tasks
· Can highlight discrepancies and requirements
· Escalates approvals and critical decisions to Admin Head

Internal:Admin Head, Sales Team, Technical Team, Factory
External:Limited (vendors for basic coordination if required)
7. Skills Required
Functional:
· Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

8. Experience Required
· 1–2 years in admin / coordination / operations
· Freshers with good attitude and discipline can be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
