Interior Designer (Coohom 3D Designer)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with hands-on experience using Coohom software. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality 2D layouts, realistic 3D interior designs, and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, furniture layout, materials, lighting, and interior styling.
Key Responsibilities
* Create 2D floor plans and 3D interior designs using Coohom.
* Develop realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs.
* Design residential, commercial, and office interiors.
* Select furniture, colors, materials, lighting, and décor.
* Modify designs based on client feedback.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients.
* Ensure designs meet project timelines and quality standards.
* Maintain organized project files and design libraries.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Coohom software.
* Strong knowledge of interior design principles.
* Experience in space planning and furniture layout.
* Ability to produce photorealistic renders.
* Knowledge of color theory, materials, textures, and lighting.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* 1–5+ years of experience in interior design.
* Portfolio showcasing Coohom projects.
* Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
