We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin cum Accountant who can manage daily office work and handle billing activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle calls, emails, and client coordination
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Prepare reports and MIS (Excel)
- Prepare invoices and billing documents independently
- Generate quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders
- Maintain billing records and ensure accuracy
- Follow up with clients for payments
- Support HR activities like attendance and joining formalities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Requirements
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1–3 years experience (Freshers with billing knowledge can apply)
- Must have experience in billing & invoice preparation
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email
- Knowledge of Tally (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
