Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for all levels (clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical roles)
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
Manpower Planning
- Work with department heads to understand short-term and long-term hiring needs
- Maintain an updated manpower status report and track open positions
- Participate in quarterly and annual workforce planning meetings
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices specific to the healthcare/hospital sector
- Familiarity with hiring for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software (ATS)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry
