About the Role:
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations across factory or commercial locations. This role involves supervising workers, managing workforce activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining site security and surveillance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate reporting, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site workers.
- Maintain attendance, entry, and exit records for staff, visitors, and materials.
- Manage workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and task assignments.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee site security and surveillance systems to ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise gate operations, including entry and exit of personnel and goods.
- Prepare daily reports on site operations, workforce performance, and incidents.
- Report and document any accidents, safety violations, or unusual occurrences.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure all site activities comply with company policies and operational guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and reporting

Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- Relevant experience in field, factory, or commercial site supervision preferred.
