ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Talent Development – Planning, Delivering, Evaluation

Analyze, Design, Develop & Evaluate training programs across the organization.

Develop and monitor training assessment post all the sessions

Engage with leaders and managers across the organization to understand their needs and develop a range of interventions to support their ongoing development.

Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content.

Provide Management reviews and reports as required.

Ensure learning interventions are High impact and engaging as per learners group needs.
Consultancy and Monitoring

Meet with the key stakeholders including senior management to identify training needs for employee development.

Plan & create employee development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs.

Managing the financial and logistical aspects of all training programs and employee engagement activities.
Training Budget
-
Ensure cost effective creation, implementation, continual improvement of all training programs and keeping within budgets.

Ensure that project/ department milestones/ goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Continuous Improvement

Review and continually suggest improvement of the Training modules, ensuring that it remains current and ensures a consistent high quality of training, services and information for learners.

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with key stakeholders.

Taking care of all engagement activities including at units as well.
Experience & Qualifications
-
05 to 08 years of experience in Learning & Development
-
Healthcare is preferable
-
MBA/PGDHM in HR
