Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, including editorial calendars. Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish daily content (original text, images, video/reels) that is consistent with brand values. Community Management: Monitor online communities, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build brand reputation. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare performance reports. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media technologies, trends, and platform changes. Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and promote products/services.
