Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom walk-ins and digital leads, actively listen, and determine budget, lifestyle, and vehicle requirements.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct thorough static walkthroughs and dynamic test drives while explaining advanced safety, technology, and performance specs.
- Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing, present financing/insurance options, and facilitate trade-in valuations.
- Sales Closure: Finalize purchasing contracts, coordinate with the finance department, and prepare paperwork.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a customer database for post-purchase follow-ups, handle inquiries, and nurture referrals.

- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of specifications, warranties, and features (alongside competitor comparisons).
- Communication: Exceptional persuasion, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to manage leads using modern CRM tools and digital presentation platforms.
- Time Management: Capable of balancing multiple prospects and executing structured follow-up plans.
Requirements
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is strictly mandatory.
- Experience: Prior background in retail sales, hospitality, or customer-centric environments is preferred (B2C).
- Availability: Flexibility to work standard retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
