Job Description
We are looking for Architects with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an Architecture or Design firm. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Landscape developments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of Architects and Landscape Architects.
- Collaborate with team members on design development and project execution.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction drawings.
- Participate in client meetings and translate project requirements into design solutions.
- Develop architectural plans, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Contribute to innovative and creative design solutions across various project types.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Architecture or Design firm.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of construction details, building materials, and industry standards.
- Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
