Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Executive (Salesman) to drive our on-ground sales. The candidate will be purely responsible for direct field sales, meeting clients, cracking deals, and expanding our market presence.
Job Type: Full-time (Field Job)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Hardcore Field Sales
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Location Preference: Local candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Field Sales: Visiting potential wholesalers, distributors, or corporate clients daily to pitch products and close orders.
Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and weekly sales targets effectively.
Payment Collection: Ensuring timely collection of payments and orders from the market.
Relationship Management: Maintaining excellent long-term business relations with existing dealers/customers.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience as a frontline salesman or field sales executive.
Skills: Excellent convincing power, strong negotiation skills, and a confident personality.
