Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of full stack solutions. The role includes planning and coordinating activities across multiple disciplines to enhance the overall quality of applications. Continuous testing is performed throughout the development lifecycle, focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are key activities to support ongoing improvements in the testing process and application quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement quality standards and best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within full stack applications.
- Experience in managing test data and environment configurations to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
