Sliding Head Operator;
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Operation: Prepare CNC Swiss-type machines, load raw bar materials via bar feeders, and execute production runs.
- Quality Control: Measure parts using micrometers and vernier calipers to maintain tight micron-level tolerances.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and process sheets.
- Adjustments: Monitor tool wear and make minor G-code or offset adjustments as needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
