Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quadient Template Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive to design, develop, and maintain enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating dynamic templates, interactive forms, reusable components, and personalized customer communications while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain customer communication templates, letters, notices, and forms using Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive.
- Develop and maintain reusable content blocks, fragments, shared components, and base templates.
- Configure Interactive forms, correspondence templates, workflows, and other Interactive components.
- Implement business rules, conditional logic, and data-driven content personalization.
- Perform data mapping and transformation using XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data sources.
- Design complex document layouts with dynamic tables, branding elements, pagination, and advanced formatting techniques.
- Support template testing, debugging, troubleshooting, production deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable communication solutions.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise design standards, branding guidelines, and document quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide production support and resolve template-related issues in a timely manner.
- Configure user/group access, manage user roles, and support tenant onboarding activities within Quadient Interactive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and Quadient Interactive.
- Strong experience in:
- Interactive template development
- Base template creation and maintenance
- Reusable content blocks and shared components
- Interactive forms and correspondence templates
- Document composition and layout design
- Dynamic tables and advanced formatting
- Branding implementation (logos, images, styles)
- Pagination and document formatting
- Hands-on experience with:
- XML, JSON, and CSV processing
- Data mapping and manipulation
- Business rules and conditional logic
- Content personalization
- Good understanding of:
- Approval workflows
- User roles and permissions
- Tenant onboarding and administration
- Experience in template testing, production support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or Scrum environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Groovy or JavaScript scripting.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs.
- Exposure to print and digital customer communication channels.
- Familiarity with enterprise CCM best practices and deployment processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on enterprise customer communication management (CCM) implementations.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and release management.
