Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Graduate Interns to support our Business Development team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, customer communication, sales coordination, and business strategy while working on live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and related records with accuracy.
- Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect project updates and ensure timely reporting.
- Update and maintain databases, CRM, and business records.
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business initiatives.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up on pending action items.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and version control of project-related documents.
- Analyze data and prepare insights for management decision-making.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and reporting procedures.
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, or related specialization) or final-year Management Graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.

- Good internet research and data analysis skills.
- Professional email drafting and communication.
