Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused F&B Associates to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.
GSA (Guest Service Associate) candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set.
- Have good knowledge of the menu and food & beverage offerings.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and personal presentation.
- Assist with restaurant setup, banquets, events, and special functions.
- Follow all company SOPs and hospitality service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B Service, Hospitality, Hotels, or Resorts.
- GSA / Guest Service Associate candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in reputed hotels, resorts, or hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
