We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG or FOOD manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining boiler systems to ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of boiler equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to boiler operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
- Assist in training new staff on boiler operations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in boiler operation preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Boiler Operator in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of boiler systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹20,473.69 - ₹25,056.54 per month
