Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions for our wall texture and Wodden flooring division . The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, follow up with potential customers, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing product details and solutions.
Follow-ups: Proactively follow up on leads and past inquiries to convert them into sales.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set up meetings with architects, designers, and clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical team to provide accurate information to customers.
Record Keeping: Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or basic knowledge of interior field ).
Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
