- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
- Manage office files, documents, and courier services
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Presentable personality and professional behavior

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
