This dual-role position requires a professional who can effectively manage and nurture client relationships while also possessing strong analytical skills to develop, maintain, and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth through excellent client engagement and providing critical data insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, address concerns, and introduce new products or services.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Management Information Systems (MIS):
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client relationships, sales, and operational metrics.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all data used in MIS reports.
- Present complex data findings and actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reports as requested to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance data collection systems and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
