Job Summary
Vruksha International School is looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Day Care Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood care and committed to supporting children's overall development in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children in the day care program.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
- Assist children with meals, nap time, toileting, and daily routines.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
- Follow school policies and child safeguarding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a day care, preschool, or early childhood setting is preferred.
- Freshers with a genuine passion for working with young children are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible.
