Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified leads, connect with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/lead management systems.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare lead reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Research and identify new opportunities to increase the lead pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-up activities.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong sales aptitude.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Experience in education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
