Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day store functions seamlessly.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce variance.
- Revenue Growth: Drive steady sales growth and meet business targets.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure high-quality service and resolve escalations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail management (Home Improvement / Hardware / Paint sectors highly preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with paint bases, gloss levels, and painting accessories.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with commercial retail ERP systems, inventory software, and advanced POS programs.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation skills for handling contractor and customer relations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
