Job Summary
Xech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, creative, and AI-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can understand requirements quickly and convert ideas into high-quality visual content.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AI tools for designing and content creation to improve the speed and quality of creative work. The role involves designing content for e-commerce platforms, social media, product branding, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools and AI-assisted design techniques to create high-quality designs faster and improve overall productivity.
- Understand creative briefs and requirements quickly with minimum supervision.
- Create attractive flyers, posters, banners, product images, and marketing creatives.
- Design Amazon A+ Content, product listing images, brand stores, and other e-commerce creatives.
- Create engaging visual content for Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce platforms, and the company website.
- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create branding posters, campaign creatives, promotional banners, and product launch materials.
- Develop product-focused creatives that clearly communicate product features, USPs, and benefits.
- Work on product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogues, and other branding materials when required.
- Think creatively and suggest new concepts instead of depending only on provided references.
- Use AI to generate or enhance backgrounds, product concepts, layouts, visual elements, and creative ideas.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Photography, and other internal teams.
- Handle multiple design requirements while ensuring timely delivery.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of AI-based design tools is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other image-generation/design AI tools will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Amazon A+ Content and e-commerce product creatives.
- Good knowledge of social media design and digital advertising creatives.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh concepts.
- Should be a quick learner and able to understand requirements quickly.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Good communication and internal coordination skills.
