Senior Call Center Executive - International Outbound Sales - Australian Process

We are hiring Senior Call Center Executives for a voice-based Australian sales process.
In this role, you will contact prospects who have already shown interest in our holiday packages through social media inquiries. Your responsibility will be to speak with these leads, explain the holiday package in a professional and engaging manner, generate interest, handle objections, and convert the inquiry into a sale.
This is an outbound sales role for candidates who are confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable speaking in English with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads from social media inquiries and follow up promptly
- Speak to prospects and explain holiday packages clearly and confidently
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday options
- Build interest and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects
- Update lead status and sales outcomes accurately
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Shift Timings
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM (half Day)
- Sunday fixed off
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Neutral accent required (US, UK or Australian accent preffered)
- Candidates with experience in Australian, UK, or US voice processes will be preferred
- Previous international sales experience will be an added advantage
- Freshers may also apply if communication skills in English are excellent
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
- Confident, energetic, and sales-focused personality
- Ability to work independently from home
