About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our men's garments distribution business based in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in garment sales within a distribution setup, strong communication skills, and the willingness to travel regularly to build and maintain relationships with retailers and customers across different districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and prospective customers (retailers/shops) across Madurai and neighboring districts to generate and follow up on orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to ensure repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products from our range
- Collect market feedback on demand, competitor pricing, and new trends in men's garments
- Coordinate with the office/warehouse team for order processing and timely delivery
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues with customers as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales of men's garments, preferably within a distribution or wholesale company
- Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken) is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to different districts for customer visits
- Basic understanding of sales targets, order booking, and customer follow-up
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
