Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining our products and services, scheduling meetings, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil,Hindi, and the local language (preferred).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
