Job Descriptions of Customer Relationship Executive- Sales & Service:-
- Customer Service & Experience: Greet customers, address service queries, and provide support throughout the sales or after-sales process.
- Service Scheduling: Handle inbound service inquiries, schedule appointments, and perform follow-up calls for service reminders.
- Feedback & Retention: Actively solicit post-service feedback, handle complaints, and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.
- Data Management: Maintain, update, and secure customer records and records of transactions in the company database.
- Internal Coordination: Work with service or sales departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing customer interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and foster a welcoming environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult customer situations and provide solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software or customer databases.
Typical Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automobile sector.
